The CQM308 Standard and the CQM309 with Catalyst Monitoring

We are now able to display much more information on a 40 inch (average size) Wide Screen TV Screen.

Everything can be programmed with our easy to use touchscreen control panel:

Taking a look at the following pictures, you can see how all the information is displayed. You will notice that there are several visual indicators, like the Progress Bar, which tells the operator and floor supervisors how far along the progress of spraying the part is and whether or not the part is overweight or underweight. and Colored Arrow indicators for telling the operator that he needs to adjust Glass and Catalyst output.

As you can see, these new systems can now display the CURRENT percentage of Glass and Catalyst being produced by the chopper gun as the operator is spraying, in real time.

Also, as with our Classic systems, you get the overall % Glass, which is calculated only when “chopping” both glass and resin at the same time. Now, you can see what your Total % Glass is to include the resin used when “wetting out.”

As with any of our TFM systems utilizing the Catalyst Monitoring option, along with the built in catalyst alarm which will issue an Audio warning alarm, the CQM309 will also display a flashing visual alert in case there is an issue with catalyst being sprayed:
